Non delivery of purchase. Won't reply to calls & emails
I purchased a treadmill in May this year and still haven't received it at the end of August! I have tried many emails & phone calls only get automated answering service. Nil response! They won't return any of my calls and I have made many, leaving my phone number and saying it is urgent! I have sent emails also and still no response. I have requested a refund of my money and still no response! I have contacted Consumer Affairs and they have given me advice as to what action to take. So lets see what eventuates?! Apparently it is not a registered company , only a business . I am keen to hear of other people's experiences and if they ever got their money back?

Pronto Online Rip Off
I ordered a marquee and have never received it. Many emails and phone calls later still no result. I received conformation that the payment had gone through but still nothing.A letter from this website to them and I got an email saying it was all an error and the product was on the way. What a joke. Another month has gone by and I have still not received my product or a refund. I have contacted the company that processed the payment and not heard back from them either. I dont know what to do next but boy am I pissed off

Item ordered & paid for but not received
On 12th June 2013 I ordered a film and slide scanner from Prontoonline. I received an Invoice 4492 via email and also an email from MoneyBookers stating that my payment had gone through. I have sent several messages through their website and also 2 through my email. I have also telephoned several times and left messages and also left messages on their online chat. I have never received an answer as to what has happened o my order as it has no been received. Surely there is something we can do to contact this company. I am going to report them to Consumer Affairs as apparently this is a common complaint about this place. Has anyone else any suggestions as to how we can have our men refunded.

On the 23rd June I ordered a Treadmill from Pronto online and was promised delivery in 5 days. On the same day I received an invoice and Confirmation that my Credit Card Payment was successful. No goods received after 5 days and 3 weeks later still no goods. I sent 2 emails, rang several times with only a recorded message on the other side. I will be lodging a complaint with consumer affairs but I believe it might be helpfull to expose this crook on Current Affairs and Today Tonight. Would anyone be interested? I am so dissapointed that I will not be buying online again.

Ripped me off, money taken but goods never delivered
I ordered an exercise machine from Pronto online, they took $150 from my credit card and also charged $10 international transaction fee. They didnot send any invoice, email confirmation or anything. It's been over a month now and goods haven't been delivered yet. I tried sending emails and called on the telephone but the calls is received by voicemail and they never returned any calls. They ripped me off. I don't know who to complain to. The company is still online and it is a shame that in a country such as ours these mobs are still operating and stealing money openly. Please don't buy anything from this company.

They took my money and sent me a cheaper product
I ordered Colour Linen, Brand Killarney, Type Elite 1000TC Cotton Queen Bed Sheets $140.90including postage. Pronto Online sent Colour White, Brand The Essence of the Nile,1000Thread Queen Sheets cost online $79.95 I tried contacting Pronto Online many times but they did not answer my phone calls or my emails. Paid for Marquee and never got it
I ordered and paid for a marquee on line with my credit card and after a few days got a confirmation from Skrill that the payment had been received but not another word from Pronto. After 4 weeks with no invoice or delivery notice I started emailing and phoning their office but have never got any response to the emails, their live chat never has "any one available" and their phones always go straight to message bank.. Pissed off to say the least, and looks like I will be going to Bunnings or Mitre 10 this week to buy a marquee.

I ordered and paid for a boat cover from Prontoonline on 8th May. After waiting 2 weeks I emailed and asked where my order was. The reply I got said there had been a human error and my cover would be shipped immediately. I have since email and phoned a number of times with no reply to the emails but I did get a email to tell me that the phone number I supplied was incorrect (which of course it wasn't). I just want my money back as this place is obviously a scam. Voice mail is always full so you cant leave a message.

Pronto Online - Ripped me off by not sending goods
Ordered a cross trainer early June, money debited to credit card via money bookers, enquired a few days later and received an email that there was a human error but goods have been sent and will send an email with tracker no. I never got this email or the goods and all my emails get ignored, when I try and phone nobody answers or message bank is full. I have now lodged a complaint with my bank to try and get a charge back to credit card and have also lodged a complaint with scamwatch. Please people do not buy from the scammers!!!

Took my money no product delivered
I placed an order for a DVD player just over 2 months ago, after 3 weeks I started to contact them, but there was no response to several emails, and phone calls they finally responded when i said i wanted a refund ASAP, they said they had investigated it, and it was because of them moving warehouse, they were having phone and email issues and they said it was send, and they would give an eta and tracking number, but i never heard anything, they still wont respond to any of my emails or answer any of my phone calls.

Paid for goods not received
I saw an ad on Gumtree for a lounge chair which I ordered. After receipt of an invoice I paid for it in April 2013 via Moneybookers, So far I have never received the chair. There is no response from emails & their message bank is always full. I have even sent a demand & supporting docs via registered mail which requiring a signature for collection. The mail was returned not collected. They simply donโt respond. I also contacted Gumtree where I had originally saw the adv for the item. They have taken a โBuyer bewareโ attitude. They donโt care either.

- 25 March 2013: Purchased and paid for the fitness bench. - 11 April: Requested for an update on the purchase - 15 April: Was told that there was some human error in the process, voiced my displeasure with the lack of communication. - 17 April: Found out on tracking website that the delivery address has been completely jumbled up with hybrid of both billing and delivery address. Never got a reply from them resulted in one day delay of delivery. - 19 April: Received shipment but it's a completely different product that is not in their inventory at all. - 22 April: Notified of the wrong product via email, phone and voicemail. - 10 May: Sent a letter officially warning seller or proper actions will be taken. Perhaps there is something we all can do (legally!), I might have the seller's address is Perth

I ordered a Childs Bike Trailer / Jogger in April for $180.00 When I ordered it said we will received in 10 business days and once it was dispatched I would receive an email with the tracking number for me to follow up. I have not received anything. I have been emailing and calling, I had someone call me back once and tell me it was shipped, when I asked for the tracking number he said he would email it to me. I then rung the other day and actually spoke to someone. They said Aust Post tried to deliver it on the 7th May and he would lodge a complaint with Aust post to find out where it is. Again I asked for the tracking number and was told he couldn't give that out. I know that this company is in Ballajura Perth but am now wanting my money back as this is a complete joke. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SO CALLED COMPANY!!! Now, I need to try to get hold of someone to ask for a refund, that could take a while.

Non supply of items- this website is not legit!
After ordering some child booster seats in March, we were sent the wrong ones. Unable to use them, we contacted the vendor for them to be returned. I had to submit a complaint to Consumer Affairs to get that far. The deal was that the incorrect car seats were to be picked up and the correct ones dropped off. Didn't happen. The old ones were picked up but there was no delivery of the correct ones. I have now received one of the two that I ordered (not correct but hey at this point I need something). Have now disputed the credit card transaction through the bank as he is no longer responding to my messages or to consumer affairs. BEWARE this guy is not to be trusted!

Prontoonline - Visa card debited through Money brokers and still no goods received
I ordered a dog playpen for my daughters new guinea pigs on 10/6 after seeing the advert through my shopping online website. I paid for the item on visacard through Money Brokers and was immediately debited from my credit card. I received a confirmation email that I had paid skrill through money brokers online and have an invoice from Pronto Online for the goods. I still have not received anything. Have been phoning Pronto online for the last 3 days and emailing and just like everyone else, they don't answer my emails and the message bank is full so you can't even leave a message. They advised that the items would be delivered in 3 days to Sydney!

scam site. I have read some customers have received their purchase, but very poor quality and late.
Most others seem to claim there has been NO delivery of an item, and unable to get in contact with this ***. Amazing the site is still able to put over their BS to the public.
